The 42 year old, former 1994 Brazilian World Cup winner Zinho has signed on to play for Global United against the Dayton Dutch Lions in an exhibition to be held on April 30th, at 7:30 p.m. at Bellbrook High School. The experienced Zinho has aged well and played professionally until the age of 40, with over 480 professional club caps (along with 81 goals). Zinho also received 57 caps (with 7 goals) for Brazil from 1989 to 1998, Zinho was a World Cup winner with Brazil in 1994.

Most recently, the Brazilian maestro has played and managed for Miami F.C. since 2005, as a player-assistant manager.
