22 year old, Mexican-American player Miguel Gonzalez from Miami, Florida was the youngest player ever to join the New England Revolution at 18 years of age in 2006. Gonzalez has also played for the Santos Laguna youth academy prior to joining the New England Revolution. The left midfielder also has 4 caps with the U.S. U-20 National Team, scoring 2 goals in the process. Now he is on trial with the Dayton Dutch Lions.

Gonzalez last played for the Bradenton Academics of the PDL (who are connected to the Bradenton IMG Academy). Gonzalez should get some time in the game tonight against the University of Cincinnati.
