A week ago, it was reported on MLS-Rumors and confirmed by myself on here that Toronto F.C. was looking to grow their Dutch Lion contingent by two through adding DDL's Evan Schwartz along with Bas Ent.
Well word travels fast and once one MLS team declares a player strong enough to fit under the new six player (under 24 & do not count against the salary cap format) then other teams want to take a look as well.
And here comes the Colorado Rapids.. I have heard murmurs around Dutch Lion sources that Colorado is also interested in Schwartz.. I didn't put full stock in the murmurs until just the other day when a Rapids fan website contacted me to ask about Schwartz since they have heard similiar rumors.
Well looks like Schwartz is about to have a busy offseason fielding interest from multiple MLS clubs. Stay tuned here for more stories in the offseason on Schwartz, Ent, and other Dutch Lion player transfers.
